Pics from saturday, made some sort of history in WW2 airsoft in Finland, a NWE game and almost 90 players.

Why do you always carry that umbrella?
-Bad memory. Never could remember the password. Knew no Jerry would carry one. Had to prove I was an Englishman, you see.

Very impressive! 90 players is quite the crowd, and your kit looks spot on too :good:

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

Some piccys of my 2nd AIF (Aussie) gear:

This is based upon Pictures from Bardia. I have used my WPG Denim battledress trousers as a stand in for reasons of wool allergy and budget. The Hat and Jacket are from the Spearhead Militaria ebay shop. Tan coloured work boots are a stand in for the Aussie tan boots.

Late war:

In the pacific, the Aussies worked with the Americans. The leggings are therefore US M38 lace up leggings and the trousers are US HBT trousers. Although HBT trousers were not officially issued to Australians, they were 'obtained' when possible as they were preferred to the issued trousers until the arrival of Jungle green battlefress.

I probably had it down the smock trying to keep the CoCo the Clown sized trousers up...

...at least that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Couple of pics from Players of war on Sunday with my new fallscrimjager kit, still a few bits to get a hold of (helmet that fits dammit!) and a few little bits that are wrong but almost there. Had my to use my thompson for a bit since the hop on the MP40 was twisting to the left but managed to fix it over lunch and now it's a good reliable shooter that I can trust to last a day.

That smock looks better on you than it did on me, mate!

Not that I'm trying to pull you or anything. :)

Thanks, I still need to badge up most of my kit and swap out the Heer parts. That and get it all a bit more worn in!

Get that pouch done up!

"The drill is not complete until the pouch is fastened and secured"

A Cpl's words never leave you

Heheh, I would, but the chin strap's the only thing holding my chins in. When I tilt it back it adds additional weight to the operation.

Completely forgot about the poppers. Tah for the remainder mate.
